Our pharmacist-run clinic is here to support you every step of the way, from navigating access and insurance to safe administration of your medication and ongoing health monitoring.

Our team of pharmacists and pharmacist-technicians provides personalized education, administration and comprehensive medication management tailored to your needs through both virtual and in-person visits. The medications we oversee and adminster include bone health therapies (such as Prolia and Evenity), vaccines, and others.

Whether you're just starting a specialty medication or need ongoing support, our goal is to make your treatment simpler, safer and more manageable.

About Our Services

Your visit to the medication management clinic may include the following services:

• Evaluating your medications and checking possible interactions with other medications
• Determining the optimal dose and adjusting it if necessary
• Instructions on how to take each medication, including timing and whether to take it with food
• Review of any side effects and how to possibly reduce them
• Strategies for improving the quality of life while on your medication

Referrals Required

This clinic only serves patients with a referral from an eligible UC San Diego Health provider.

We are located in Suite 4 on the third floor of Medical Offices North, which is in the same building as Hillcrest Medical Center.
